What We Can't Accept

- Opened or unsealed. Boxes must be factory-sealed and in excellent condition.
- Labeled for Medicare or Medicaid. Supplies paid for by a government program — usually marked with an orange label — cannot legally be resold. This one is not negotiable.

- Damaged. Crushed corners, water damage, torn labels, or writing in pen or marker on the carton.

Do the boxes have to be sealed?
Yes. Every box must be factory-sealed, undamaged, and in excellent condition. We can't accept opened boxes or loose sensors.
