The goal of this site is to purchase test strips that would otherwise go to waste and make them available to people in need. Please do not sell supplies that you medically need. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SELLING YOUR TEST STRIPS AND SUPPLIES. By using this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site or sell to us.
- You, the seller, agree to the following: I have not stolen and am not selling any supplies illegally obtained. YOU, the seller, also agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring the items you am selling to TestStrip4Money.com(and parent company) have been obtained legally and that you are legally authorized to sell the items to us. Do NOT sell anything to us that you are not permitted to sell.
- I understand I can only sell factory sealed, undamaged supplies that fall within the dates listed on the website.
- I understand that if the boxes expire below the minimum expiration date for my brand, that have been tampered with, opened, damaged, or otherwise compromised, the items will be donated. They will not be returned. No payment will be made for these items.
- Expiration dates are calculated by the following: Current month is 0, and next month is considered 1 month, and so on.
- If the payment is under $55, I understand that postage may be deducted from my payment. I understand that free shipping is ONLY available on payments of $55+. I consent to $5 being deducted for postage expenses if the payment is under $55.
- If I send in any lancets that are not listed on the form, I will not receive any payment for them. I am donating them to teststrips4money.com
- If supplies meet all of the aforementioned terms and conditions, TestStrips4Money.com agrees to disperse the total payment due within 1 business day of receiving my package.
- TestStrips4Money.com will destroy all prescription labels before redistributing my supplies. I understand that I am not responsible for damages caused by TestStrips4Money.com during prescription label removal. Still, I am responsible for the damage I cause if I choose to remove the prescription labels myself.
- I understand that I cannot sell any test strips paid for by any government agency (Medicare or Medicaid, etc.), and I am aware that I cannot sell these supplies to Test Strips 4 Money or the parent company. I signify that I did not, am not, and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies or in selling them to TestStrips4Money.com(and parent company). I represent and warrant that my sale and transfer of these supplies to TestStrips4Money.com(and parent company) will not cause TestStrips4Money.com or the parent company to, or result in, TestStrips4Money.com(and parent company) violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, and/or any other applicable laws.
- I agree to transfer all rights, titles, and interests in the supplies to TestStrips4Money.com upon the receipt and inspection of the supplies by TestStrips4Money.com.
- I understand that TestStrips4Money.com has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to a fair market value.
- I further understand that TestStrips4Money and or its affiliates are not responsible for any shipment to us until it is signed for by TestStrips4Money.com or their office. Any claims for lost shipments need to be submitted through the company that handled the shipment.
- I further agree that by entering this agreement and conducting business with TestStrips4Money.com, I am waiving the right to a trial by jury and agree to only bring claims in my individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
- I agree that TestStrips4Money.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to TestStrips4Money.com, will not have any liability to you in excess of the final value assigned by TestStrips4Money.com at the time of inspection for the item.
- I agree that TestStrips4Money.com and its affiliates and partners, including but not limited to TestStrips4Money.com, the company owning teststrips4money.com or any person employeed byt the company, will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, incidental, or exemplary damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of this agreement.
- Any information on this site and its components is offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or omissions in that information.
- I understand that the terms and conditions for this website can change at any time, and I will not be notified of these changes. I understand it is my responsibility to read through the Terms and Conditions every time I sell my diabetic supplies to Test Strips 4 Money.
- I understand that even if I do not fill out the form on the website for subsequent shipments to TestStrips4Money.com, I am still in compliance with all terms and conditions for any and all shipments. It is my responsibility to read them before sending a shipment.
- I am bound by the terms and conditions for every shipment from the first shipment to the last one, regardless of whether I have filled out the online form or not.
- I am 18 years of age
- I (the seller) am responsible for paying taxes on any payments (income) received from TestStrips4Money.com (and its parent company).
