How Much Is the Dexcom G7 15 Day Worth?
The G7 15 Day is the newest sensor Dexcom has released, which means the resale market for it is still thin — and that works in your favor. We're actively buying all three versions, and the rates are in the table above. Two things move the number: how much time is left before the expiration date, and which of the three boxes you're holding.
We buy only the expiration windows shown in that table. Those windows move as our inventory turns over, so treat the table as the current answer rather than something you memorize. If your date sits right on the edge of a window, send us a photo before you ship and we'll confirm where it lands.
The Three G7 15 Day Boxes
Unlike most sensors we buy, the 15 Day comes to us in three distinct cartons, and they aren't interchangeable. Check the part number on your box label against the tables above before you request a quote.
- STP-FT-010 — we buy this one on its own tier. Note that our 010 listing accepts only the 010 box; a different part number in the same-looking carton is priced separately.
- STP-FT-012 — the widest range of accepted expiration windows of the three, including shorter-dated stock the other listings won't take.
- DME — shipped by a durable medical equipment supplier rather than dispensed at a pharmacy counter. Marked differently on the carton and paid on its own tier.
If the part number is worn or you can't find it, photograph the label and send it over. Guessing wrong is the most common reason a 15 Day shipment gets quoted at one rate and settles at another.
Why There's Already Surplus 15 Day Stock
A sensor this new shouldn't be piling up in closets yet, but it is, for a specific reason: the move from a 10-day wear cycle to a 15-day one changed how much product a 90-day prescription actually contains. People who were auto-shipped on the old cadence ended up with boxes they no longer need at the pace they used to. Others got switched by their plan mid-cycle and were left holding the version they started on.
Add the usual causes — a formulary change, a move to a different CGM, a prescription that stopped — and there's a real pool of sealed, in-date 15 Day boxes sitting unused. Those are exactly the boxes we want.
What We Can't Buy
- Opened or unsealed cartons. Factory seal intact, no exceptions.
- Medicare or Medicaid supplies. Government-funded product — typically carrying an orange label — cannot legally be resold.
- Dates outside the windows we're currently buying. The accepted windows change; match your box against the table above.
- Damaged boxes. Crushed corners, water staining, torn or missing labels, pen or marker on the carton.
- Loose sensors. Without the original box we can't verify the part number or the date.

What's the difference between the 010 and 012 boxes?
They're separate part numbers with separate tiers. The 012 listing accepts a wider set of expiration windows, including shorter-dated stock. Our 010 listing accepts only the 010 box.
Do you buy the DME version?
Yes, on its own tier — see the DME table above. DME cartons come from a durable medical equipment supplier rather than a retail pharmacy and are marked differently.
How long does the box need before it expires?

Can I sell 15 Day sensors that came through my insurance?
Yes, provided they weren't paid for by Medicare or Medicaid. Commercial insurance supplies you no longer need are yours to sell.
Do you buy partial boxes?
No. Cartons must be sealed and complete. A box that's been opened can't be resold to the next person, so it has no value to us.
How fast will I be paid?
