Can I Sell My Diabetic Supplies? Eligibility Guide

You may be eligible to sell new, unused diabetic supplies that you legally own or received legally. The exact item must be listed on our website, meet the minimum expiration date shown beside that listing, and arrive in the required packaging and condition. We do not purchase supplies received through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government agency.

The exact product and expiration date must match
Do not rely on the brand name alone. Look at the full product name, version, quantity or strip count, and expiration date printed on the packaging. Similar-looking boxes may have different values or may not be products we currently purchase.
Minimum expiration requirements appear beside each item on our website and can change. Compare every box with the current listing before you ship. Receivers are the only accepted items that do not have expiration dates, but they must still be new, unused, and in sealed packaging.
What counts as properly sealed packaging?
Items must be new and unused. For products sold in a factory-sealed manufacturer’s box, the outside product box and its seal must remain intact.
Omnipod boxes are different
Omnipod boxes are not factory sealed. Each individual pod inside must remain sealed, and the lot number and expiration date on every pod must match the outside box. Pods that do not match the box may be paid at the loose-pod price.
The same matching principle applies to transmitters and other packaged items: the product must match the box it is sent with. Used or opened products are not accepted.
The quoted price assumes a perfect box
We do not purchase damaged boxes. At our discretion, we may accept a box with very minor damage—such as a small dent or minor rip—but the final payment may be lower than the estimated quote. Stained boxes are not accepted.
Leave pharmacy labels attached. Removing a label can damage the box. We remove the labels and destroy them with a cross-cut shredder to help protect your privacy.
Who can sell eligible supplies?
We work with customers throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico. Supplies purchased personally or received through private or employer-sponsored insurance may qualify. You may also sell supplies that were legally given to you, including eligible supplies from a deceased family member, provided you are legally allowed to sell them.
We cannot purchase supplies received through Medicare, Medicaid, or another government agency.
Your online quote is an estimate
Any quote we provide is an estimate until we receive and inspect the shipment. The amount may change when the product, expiration date, quantity, packaging, or condition differs from the information submitted with the quote.
Please check before you ship
We do not return products we do not purchase, including products that are not listed on our website or do not meet our requirements. Confirm every item before mailing it.
You are responsible for using a sturdy shipping box and enough protective padding to keep the items from being damaged while traveling through USPS. A separate packing and shipping guide will cover this process in detail.
Accepted items are paid within one business day after we receive and inspect the shipment. A separate payment guide will explain payment options and timing.

Can I remove my pharmacy label?
Please leave the label attached so the box is not damaged. We remove pharmacy labels and destroy them with a cross-cut shredder.
Will I receive the quoted price?
The quote is an estimate until we receive and inspect your shipment. The quoted amount assumes the products and condition match the information you submitted and that each box is in perfect condition.
Will you return items you cannot purchase?
No. We do not return products that are not purchased, including unlisted products and items that do not meet the current eligibility requirements.
