Please read below on how you chose to get your label for your next steps:
- Print Your Own Label – If you chose to print your own label and were unable to please call us at 888-326-2213 during regular hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you another one asap.
- Label Through Email – If you requested one through email please give us up to an hour during regular working hours. If you are in a rush please call or email us.
- Label Sent Through USPS Mail – If you requested a shipping label through your USPS mail it will be sent out the same day. It can take 3-5 days to arrive in your mailbox. If after 6 days you do not have it let us know and we can send you another one.
Keep in mind you MUST send the shipment in a box. Any other way the shipment may get damaged while in transit to us. If this happens the price we pay for each box may be reduced because of damage.
